Paul Elliott - Exploration

Paul’s love of food and his desire to search out, cook and taste authentic cuisine has led him to travel extensively through the East Coast of America down to the Southern States, across Europe from Belgium across France to Portugal as well as a gastronomic tour of Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Hoi Chi Min City and Hanoi in Vietnam, Bangkok to Hong Kong.

Paul now shares the vibrant experiences of his food travels, by leading fantastic, professional personal tours or food explorations in which you can discover personally or as a small group the joy of authentic, delicious cuisines, markets and various local dishes.

Paul has recently returned from an Asian tour for food research and food lovers. This lasted for thirteen days and illustrated the vibrant cultural heritage of the five countries visited, from local markets, street food, cooking demonstrations and tasting the traditional flavour profiles and fresh ingredients used. The trip included accommodation, food and cookery demonstrations and research prior to travel.
